Our Brief

To provide destination management services for the team and staff when visiting England to play Arsenal in the Dennis Bergkamp Testimonial on 22nd July. Also to provide destination management services to the sponsors, Ajax Business Club, press and supporters in the way of transfers with assistance, hotel accommodation and onsite representation.

The Event

AKA proposed and managed the event, which for the team included executive coach transfers, day use of rooms at The Melia Whitehouse Hotel, training facilities, menu planning, police escort to the game and onsite representation at all times. AKA also provided meet and greet services at airport arrivals, restaurant bookings and menu planning. Coaches were provided for fans coming over from Holland, as well as accommodation for those staying for the weekend.
